INFRARED (THERMAL) IMAGING

This optional service is totally amazing. I basically utilize an infrared camera to detect hidden issues behind the finished surfaces of your building. If there are finished basements or attics in the building, concealed issues can be revealed without destroying the walls. It’s simply an infrared imaging and measurement camera that can actually "see" and "measure" thermal energy emitted from an object. I then interpret these readings which can reveal serious issues that cannot be seen by the naked eye or with any conventional or digital photography.

Infrared Scanning - $150.00 an hour ($150.00 for a professional IR report)

DRUG TESTING

Yes, you are reading this correctly. I can actually test your prospective home for drug residues within the structure, to detect whether or not previous home owners have ever made, distributed or used specific drugs in that particular home in the past.

NEIGHBORHOOD ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTION

If your getting a home inspection, don't forget to get a neighborhood inspection also. Allow Neighborhood Environmental to research your city and send you a report which will include everything from the status of local hazardous waste sites to health risks specific to your neighborhood.

Neighborhood Environmental uses fresh data compiled from local inspectors, private laboratories, court records and government sources to research your area for contaminants of concern such as acids, base neutral acids, carcinogens, cement kiln dust, dioxins/dibenzofurans, dissolved solids, flammables, inorganics, metals, nitroaromatics, non-carcinogens, oils and grease, organic and inorganic liquid sludge, organics, oxidizers, PAH, PCBs, pesticides, petroleum hydrocarbon, petroleum napthas, radioactive, re-actives, unknown liquid waste and volatile organic compounds as well as contaminated media such as air, debris, groundwater, leachate, liquid waste, residuals, sediment, sludge, soil, and surface water to generate a report revealing risks that could affect the value of your home and the safety of your family.
